Surgery Update
So far so good... My mom came through the surgery with flying colors. The doctor said her colon was extremely irritated and inflamed, and he estimated she must have had over 30 attacks of diverticulitis. So the surgery will be well worth it (He said she would have never gotten better without the surgery so she made the right choice.) She says her tummy hurts but that is to be expected. She should go home next Tuesday or Wednesday if all goes well. Thanks to everyone for their prayers.
