The blogroll
Many people ask me "What is a blog?" and to be honest, I don't know, other than to say it is sort of like a webpage but it is more like an on-line journal. Anyways, this blog has proved to be very effective in sharing news about the ministry of the Timothy Project with those who are praying for us- it helps to have the specifics for more effective praying. It also helps me keep in touch with lots of people at once because there isn't enough time in the day to call or write emails to all the special people and churches God has brought my way in the past years.
On the sidebar, you will notice a section called "Blogroll" which is supposed to be other blogs I read and recommend to others. However, I have modified it and included some websites that I enjoy. Today I did add two blogs: The Quest team blog for those of you who want to follow their journey and also Angelo's blog. Some may remember that Angelo came with the Quest team last year and then came back last summer for two weeks. Out of those experiences, he has felt led to do a short term mission assignment here in the DR through Adventures in Missions. You can follow his journey through his blog.
One last comment about the blogroll- I have been blogging for two years or so- you can see the previous posts, etc. by clicking on the Blog "Timothy Project" which will take you to my former blog.
